Water/ Aid Stations with Hiccups
Half Marathon Course:
- The course will feature water and Gatorade at miles 2, 3.5, 5.5, 7.5, and 11.5.
- Nutrition: Huma Gels (Lemon, Berry, Chocolate and Apple) and Base Gels (Strawberry Cream) at mile 9; Pretzels at mile 11.
- Pickle Juice: 7.5, 9, and 11.
Marathon Course:
- The course will feature water and Gatorade at miles 2, 3.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 10.5, 12.5, 14, 16, 17.5, 20, 22, and 24.
- Nutrition: Huma Gels (Lemon, Berry, Chocolate and Apple) and Base Gels (Strawberry Cream) available at approximately mile 9, 18 and 22; pretzels available at mile 13 and 24.
- Pickle Juice: 7.5, 12.5, 17.5, 22 and 24.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE USING A SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT FOR THE MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON COURSE WATER STOPS.
Hiccup is a reusable cup service. At the half marathon & marathon aid stations you will grab an 8 oz. silicone cup, as an alternative to single use cups. Instead of trashing those cups, you throw them in the bins provided at each hydration station. DO NOT keep the cups AND DO NOT throw them into Mother Nature 🌎
